Refund and Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

At oudNscents, we ensure that every product you receive is authentic, fresh, and in perfect condition. However, if there’s any issue, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted If:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at [suppert@oudnscents.pk]
  • Share your order number and images of the product.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a return/exchange.

Important Notes:

  • Perfumes that have been used or opened are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We do not offer cash refunds, but we can issue store credit or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
